🌱 The Vegetable Garden Project Is Growing! 🌱
The Vegetable Garden Project officially launched this past Saturday, and it was an exciting day of learning, planting, and embracing the blessings of growth!
Each participant received seeds, planting buckets with drainage holes, and soil to get their gardens started. Members selected from an exciting variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruits, including broccoli, carrots, collard greens, lettuce, onions, parsley, rosemary, spinach, sweet peppers, thyme, tomatoes, and watermelon.
Participants also gained valuable knowledge on how to properly care for their plants and monitor their growth. In two months, we look forward to reconnecting with everyone to see how their gardens are thriving!
🌿 Words of Wisdom from Minister Antoine Watts
“The principle of growth comes from God’s promise in Genesis 8:22:
‘While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night, shall not cease.’
We are excited to watch these gardens flourish and to see the lessons of patience, stewardship, faith, and abundance take root in our community. 🌱
Planting seeds. Growing food. Nurturing faith. Harvesting blessings!
